Lime Sorbet Margaritas

Equipment

  • ice cream scoop

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint lime sorbet
  • 8 tbsp tequila
  • 8 teas triple sec
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for sugared rim

Instructions
 

  • Evenly divide sorbet into 4 glasses
  • Mix tequila and triple sec together in a glass. Evenly pour over sorbet. Garnish with lime. Serve immediately with a spoon.

Sugar Rim

  • Pour sugar onto plate. Run lime around the edge of the glass to get it moist. Then add sorbet to each glass and follow steps outlined above.
